Hello I am Noel Pacampara, my passion for photography started in 2007 when my son was born. What began as a way to capture precious ‘firsts’ quickly evolved into a love for storytelling through my images. Two years later in 2009, my daughter was born which gave me an opportunity to improve my photography skills.
